Our team understands the value BIM adds to a project and uses it from the pre-bid phase through commissioning, alongside a culture of collaboration with clients, subcontractors and vendors.

Automated quantity take-offs: the information available early is fed into the model, so quantities, and therefore pricing, can be extracted before the design is complete.

Visualisation for the owner, laser scan surveys for renovations, design estimating against our cost histories, and clash detection between systems so issues are fixed before they reach the field.

Field layout and site logistics, trade coordination, scheduling and sequencing, shop drawings and O&M manuals, with no information lost between design, construction and maintenance.
